Pai Gow Poker is a cutting-edge game with ancient origins. Founded on the old Chinese domino game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the eastern with the wild west in an awesome game for beginning level gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player vs. the dealer, not like almost all other poker games that players play with other gamblers. By wagering against the dealer, starting players do not have to fret about any other, more knowledgeable gamblers taking their mulla.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card standard deck and one joker. The gambler is given 7 cards face up and the croupier gets seven cards face down.
A five card hand and a two card hand need to be made from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be larger than the houses.
